REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A BOND
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Have a good credit record
- Affordability assessment

- Documents required to apply for a bond
WARRANTY
In accordance with NHBRC regulations, Vipcon will only do repairs on the following latent defects:
- House structure (5 years). Any work done or changes to the house structure will invalidate the warranty.
- Geyser and stove (only within the 1-year warranty). Element burnout is not covered. Any work done or changes will invalidate the warranty.
- Roof leaks (only within the 1-year warranty). Damages caused by storms will not be covered by the warranty. If any tiles were moved for repairs after occupation, the warranty is no longer valid. Fix roof leaks to prevent damage to ceilings. Any work done or changes to the roof will invalidate the warranty.
- Electrical (only within 1-year after occupation). Any work done or changes to electrical structure will invalidate the warranty.
- Plumbing (only within 1-year after occupation). Any work done or changes to plumbing will invalidate the warranty.
